The studio apartment is located in Oberhaching, a popular suburb near Munich, and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, business trips, trade fair visits, or stays with friends and family.
The 32 m² apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bathroom, suitable for up to 2 guests.

The studio is just 5 minutes from the Munich South motorway junction, about 25–30 minutes from the city center and Marienplatz, 30 minutes from the trade fair, 35 minutes from Lake Starnberg, 45 minutes from Lake Tegernsee, and 2 hours from Lake Constance.
Public transport is within walking distance.
Free street parking is available. Important note: The apartment is not suitable for children or babies.
There is no bathtub, changing table, washing machine, dryer, microwave, or individual heating control. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. The property provides instructions for proper waste separation.
