The studio apartment Loft Azzurro Old City Center is located in Rio Marina and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.
The 2-storey property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Unfortunately, this accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. FOR RENT Rio Marina lovely location with a nautical flavor in the middle of the east coast of Elba Island. The LOFT AZZURRO in fact encloses within it, completely new furniture and finishes with reclaimed materials concerning the sea, which create an atmosphere of a bungalow on the beach without sacrificing comfort. The apartment is located in the historic center, inside a typical alley (Via Garbibaldi) reachable directly from the town square or from a staircase that passing in front of the Mining Museum comes directly to the waterfront. At 1 floor with independent entrance inside has undergone a conservative restoration that has enhanced its atmosphere.
Single room equipped with kitchenette (small refrigerator without freezer, microwave oven, electric stove with two burners, sink and washing machine); a double sofa bed (2 singles 90x190) a fixed bed (130x190), bathroom with shower stall, toilet, sink.
The LOFT is equipped with TV and WiFi. Pretty village with a history linked to mineral extraction and fishing and tourism activities, where you can still breathe the typical atmosphere of the villages inhabited by the "people of the sea," with the small stores, sweets and typical dishes, restaurants where you can taste the catch of the day cooked with extreme care and with recipes sometimes very old. Possibility of boat rental, diving center with PADI patent issue and sailing school.
The small beach of La Torre is gravel and is located in the center of town, while nearby there is the beautiful bay of Ortano, the beach of Le Fornacelle, i Topinetti, Cala Seregola, the Coves of il Portocciolo, Gennaro, Luisi d'Angelo to finish with Cavo until you reach Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri. - Beach/pool towels Payment 10,00 € per person
