In Mers-les-Bains, a few steps from the beach, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 42 m² apartment with sea view which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The apartment comprises - 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, etc. - Bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board.
Exterior: - A 4 m² balcony with sea view to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Mers-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Local cinema 80 m away - Club Nautique GSM 50 m away (July-August and school vacations) - Bike, electric bike, surf, standup paddle, kayak and windsurf rental 50 m away (July 1 to August 31).
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
The parking lot is inside, in the basement, with a numbered parking space.
There are also charging stations 400 m from the apartment.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Tréport Mers les Bains is 800 m away (10 min walk). - Nearest airport: Paris-Beauvais 94 km (1h30 by car) - Public transport: During the summer months, a free shuttle bus runs throughout the town to all local shops.
Trans80 bus to Abbeville Bus 3 villes soeurs (Mers, Eu, Le Tréport) Other notes : - Free enclosed underground bike storage for 4 bikes (all types). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets accepted free of charge.
Only one pet per stay Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the receptionist.

Très bien accueillie, cette dame était très agréable et professionnelle.Équipement parfait dommage que la Tempête nous a retardé nous avons eu une nuit en moins.Mais la porte fenêtre a cédé avec le vent impossible de la refermer nous serions arrivés comme prévu nous aurions eu des problèmes
