The property is situated just 100 m from the Gran Paradiso National Park, 3 km from the Lillaz climbing park and waterfalls and 30 km from Aosta.
In addition, public transport links, hiking trails and Nordic ski slopes are located in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. The property has motorbike, bicycle and ski storage. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed for a fee (please keep them off the beds and sofas). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. A shared dryer is available upon request. All beds are single and can be joined together. Guided tours of the Cogne mines, guided hikes as well as mountain bike tours with instructors can be booked upon request. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. An electric vehicle charging station is available.
