Apartment located on the ground floor of a period building.
In 80 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people.
There are steps into the apartment, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Located in the historic center of Rome: a privileged position, close to the Colosseum and the metro, you can easily reach all the main places of interest in the capital on foot.
The internal space is divided as follows: KITCHEN (two steps at the entrance with AC split).
Four ceramic glass burners, fridge, freezer, moka and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven, toaster, wine glasses and kitchen utensils.
STAY.
Double sofa bed (1.40x1.90 m), dining table.
BEDROOM.
Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, walk-in wardrobe.
BATHROOM (one step at the entrance).
Bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
Closet (one step at the entrance).
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Unlimited Wifi, two portable fans, iron and ironing board.
They are included: - smoke detector - carbon monoxide detector - outdoor video surveillance for security (in the inner courtyard) - baby/infant camping bed with changing table Autonomous heating. * AC split installed after the photo shoot. - From Fiumicino airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the regional train from Fiumicino Airport station to Roma Trastevere stop, where it is possible to take tram line 8 to "Trastevere (Mastai)" stop, 4 minutes on foot from the apartment. - From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to Rome Termini station, where it is possible to take bus H to "Sonnino/S.
Gallicano ”, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. - From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus H to "Sonnino/S.
Gallicano ”, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. - If you are traveling by car, pay attention to the ZTL (Traffic Restricted Area) from 06:30 to 10:00 in the morning all year round and also from 21:30 to 03:00 from June to August.
Street parking available for a fee near the property (not guaranteed).
Alternatively, it is possible to park (always for a fee) at Garage Trastevere in Viale delle Mura Portuensi 21-27, an 8-minute walk from the property.
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.
Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.

Perfect location in Trastevere! So close to all the restaurants, etc. Grocery store around the corner as well as bus and trams. Instructions on how to access the building and apartment were very clear and even included short videos with step by step instructions. We enjoyed our time in Rome!

Do not rent with property management Cleanbnb. My opinion-communication is with a bot. Or else they just plain ignored our pleas for help. Either way, terrible way to treat people! Links we were sent to get into the property did not work. Instructions said to log into WiFi to access links BUT WiFi w...
