With a view of the mountains, the holiday apartment "Casa Massa" in Massa is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 60 m² property is located just 5 km from the sea and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
For security reasons, a maximum of 4 guests, including babies, is permitted.
Additional facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV and a washing machine.
Unfortunately, this accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.
This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with garden and barbecue facilities. The property features a private garden equipped with table and chairs. Strategic location for visiting various cities: ( 55 km from Pisa, 15 km from Viareggio, 10 km from Forte dei Marmi, possibility to take the ferry every day at the pier of Marina di Massa to the 5 Terre) . Please note that only short-term parking for loading and unloading the car is possible on the property.
Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property features energy-saving lighting.
