The estate is fully enclosed, with swimming pools, tennis courts and lush greenery.
The 98 m2 house is semi-detached, in a quiet location: 2 separate terraces/gardens (with roller blinds), 2 different exposures!
Large bay windows in the 3 bedrooms and the living room (electric roller shutters).
Air conditioning (reversible) only in the living room.
Fans are available in the bedrooms. The crystal-clear waters of the Méjean and Magaud coves are just a short walk from the town centre. Bus stop and cycle path. Fully available: this accommodation is for rent only.

The entire house is at your disposal: it has a small lockable gate.
