The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with kingsize bed, a mezzanine floor with an additional single bed, 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation home features a shared garden for your outdoor relaxation. The property is located 800 m from the coastal line, 850 m from Viareggio train station, 11 km from Forte dei Marmi, 29 km from Lucca, and 35 km from Pisa International Airport. Parking space can be provided in front of the property (upon reservation and for a fee).
