A private photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the house with green electricity, while an efficient heat pump ensures pleasant temperatures year-round.
Guests with electric cars can conveniently use a wallbox for charging (available for an extra fee). The holiday home is quietly located on the outskirts of Grömitz-Brenkenhagen, offering plenty of sunlight and beautiful views from every room.
The 80 m², two-storey accommodation includes a living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest WC, providing space for four people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
Two high chairs and two baby cots are also available. Check-in is self-service via a Nuki smart lock; a detailed step-by-step guide will be sent to you before arrival. You have access to a private outdoor area with a fenced garden (pasture fence), a southeast-facing terrace, and a barbecue.
The surroundings combine the tranquility of country life with wide, beautiful landscapes to enjoy year-round.
Grömitz town center and the beach are just five minutes away by car. Public transport is within walking distance, and a cycle path offers quick access to Grömitz or the surrounding area.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist schön und sauber! Es fehlt wirklich an nichts!
Ein fester Zaun wäre für unsere 2 Hunde der 6er im Lotto gewesen aber sonst gab's gar nichts zu bemängeln!

Wir haben die Wohnung zum Jahresende mit vier Erwachsenen genutzt. Es ist für Alle genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere auch im Küchenbereich überzeugt, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Schön ist der freie Blick in die Natur und der kurze Weg nach...
