The 30 m² property includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people.
Additional amenities include a television, air conditioning and a washing machine.
Please note that Wi-Fi and bath towels are not provided.
The private outdoor area features a pool and a covered terrace.

Bed linen and towels are not provided, so it is recommended that you bring your own.
The rental also gives you access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool (open from mid-May to mid-September), a children's pool and a heated indoor pool.
Nearby attractions include the La Palmyre Zoo, the local market, the town of Royan, the islands of Oléron and Ré, the city of La Rochelle with its aquarium, and the Lunapark amusement park in Les Mathes.
On site, you will find a bar, a snack point, an equestrian center, as well as entertainment and catering services available for an extra fee.
