The property enjoys a wonderful terrace that looks out to sea.
Accessible through large French doors from the main living room the terrace acts as a natural alfresco extension - the perfect place for leisurely meals or watching the sunset with a drink at the end of the day.
Inside, the bright and airy living space is furnished with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
This area also incorporates a small kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a mokka coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a dining table.
