Located in Illes Balears, the holiday home Sa Caseta Biniali has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This holiday home offers a private outdoor space with a garden, open and covered terraces, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a pool. The accommodation is ideally located for cycling enthusiasts. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly requested to use electricity in a respectful way and to respect the rules of the property and the neighbours.

Schöne ruhige Lage, die Ausstattung des Hauses war ausreichend, der Pool ist gut.
Die Außenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit in den Bädern.
Seit 20 Jahren Finca Urlaub die erste Enttäuschung.

Die Aussicht und Lage sind wirklich sehr schön.
Die Sauberkeit der Finca sehr schlecht
- Kaffeemaschine defekt
- Wasserkocher defekt
- Dusche leider auch nicht ok / Schimmel in beiden Bädern.
- Pool wirkte bei Anreise unsauber, überall Reste von den Tauben und Dreck von Bäumen und Ungeziefern.
- WC ist leider defekt somit erklärt sich gegebene...
