This studio apartment features a private covered terrace for evening relaxation. The Juani Penthouse is in a privileged location.
Just a few minutes walk from the beach and the city centre, where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.
Cadiz is only 38 minutes away by car, while Jerez Airport is 50 minutes away.
The Trafalgar Lighthouse is 14 km away, the Mirador Torre del Tajo is 21 km away and Barbate is 30 km away. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

First of all, Juani is an amazing host. The apartment is perfect for a beach stay with the beach being in short walking distance. It’s located in a rather quiet area but not far away from the lively old town, bars and supermarkets. A huge plus is also the nicely decorated patio, which we used a lot. We’re definitely considering staying at Juani’s again for our next beach holiday.
