The bright 81 m² accommodation features two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious bathroom, offering plenty of space for 2 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and two TVs. Enjoy your own private balcony for relaxing in the evenings, as well as exclusive use of a separate garden area.
The apartment is located on the upper floor and accessed via an external staircase. A parking space is available on the property, with additional free parking nearby.
In the evenings, you can securely store your motorcycles or bicycles in a garage.
Part of the electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system, and energy-saving lighting is installed.
Hot water is provided by a heat pump. Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
