Perfect for holidays with family or friends, this peaceful retreat sits away from the village in a preserved natural setting, just 12 km from Marciac and its renowned "Jazz in Marciac" festival, and 25 km from Tarbes. With 145 m² over two floors, the house accommodates up to 11 guests in 6 bedrooms, including 4 with double beds.
There are 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Amenities include a wood-burning stove, washing machine, dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work.
A fan is also provided for your comfort. Outdoors, enjoy a large private 10,000 m² garden, a south-facing pool with mountain views, an open terrace, and a barbecue for al fresco dining.
Three parking spaces are available on the property. This house is ideal for a quiet holiday surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxation and unwinding.
