Located in Marinella, The Rising Sun is a 50 sqm holiday home that accommodates up to 4 guests.
It features 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, plus 1 bathroom.
You will have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a washing machine.
The interiors are accessible, and you will have exclusive use of the entire property with no other guests present. Outside, enjoy a private garden and an open terrace with sea views.
An outdoor shower is available.
The property faces east and is just 200 m from La Pineta beach. Parking is available both on the property and on the street.
Pets are not allowed, but smoking and events are permitted.
Public transport is within walking distance.
The Selinunte Archaeological Park is 1.5 km away, and the supermarket is 1 km away.
The house features energy-saving lighting and recycling guidelines. Note: There are some steps to access the veranda and main entrance.
The bathroom is outside, accessible from the veranda, and the terrace is reached via a spiral staircase.
Access is recommended by car due to unpaved roads.

La villetta è indipendente, ottima per chi vuole privacy e relax. Dalla terrazza la vista è meravigliosa! C’è la possibilità di rilassarsi o fare un aperitivo/cena grazie ai divanetti e alle sdraio disponibili.
L’esterno è molto spazioso, posto auto, spazi all’ombra, giardino, grande ripostiglio, c...

The location of the house was great, just two minutes walk to the beach and also in walking distance to the village and ruins of Selinunte. It is also convienent to explore other sights in the area by car.
