Die Lage der Villa Kaiser ist sehr gut und zentral (5 min bis zum Molli- und Busbahnhof, viele Geschäfte, Gaststätten, Cafés etc. In unmittelbarer Nähege, ca. 10 min zu Fuß zur Seebrücke und zum Strand.
Die Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, hat keinen Schrank zum unterbringen der Sachen und keine ordentliche rückenfreundliche Matratze. Also für Erwachsene, die 2 Schlafzimmer benötigen, ist das gar nichts.
Schlichte Ausstattung bei optimaler Lage.

Die Lage ist optimal und entspricht dem Internetauftritt. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich.
Die Ausstattung ist für vier Personen etwas knapp.
