The farmhouse Can Malràs with step-free access in Massanes is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as 6 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 15 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. A baby cot and 2 high chairs are also available.
This farmhouse features a private outdoor space with a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, covered terrace, and barbecue.

The property boasts a privileged location surrounded by nature, in an exceptional environment just 10 driving minutes from the beach on the Costa Brava. 6 parking spaces are available on the property. Hemos pasado un fin de semana con amigos, lo que más hemos disfrutado ha sido la zona exterior y la piscina. La casa es muy amplia, la zona de la cocina y comedor nos ha permitido estar a un grupo de 15 personas muy a gusto a la hora de las comidas. Las habitaciones son amplias, tipo suite, y las camas cómodas.
Los propietarios han sido muy amables y han hecho fácil la entrega/recogida de llaves.
Lo único que hemos echado en falta ha sido un poco de menaje, nos faltaron cubiertos y platos, tuvimos que ir a comprar.
Los espacios de la casa rural están bien pero le falta mantenimiento

A la casa le falta bastante mantenimiento. Asimismo el ajuar de cocina es escaso.

la zona de piscina esta muy bien.
Buena distribución de planta baja con un comedor amplio, sala de estar cómoda con TV grande, cocina amplia con gran barbacoa.
Habitaciones grandes con camas cómodas en planta segunda con un distribuidor amplio.
Terreno amplio y cuidado con porterías de futbol.
Buen acceso/carretera hasta la propiedad.
En cuanto a aspectos a mejorar, destacaría que el menaje de cocina necesita una renovación en general .....
sartenes muy usadas, ollas idem., y no estaría de más que hubieran más platos y tazas o más vasos.
También hacer algo de mantenimiento en los muebles de la cocina, (alguna bisagra suelta).
Y por ejem. un par de sillas del comedor también estaban para cambiar.
