The 48 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and accommodates 2 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, and a smart TV with streaming services. A highlight of the apartment is the private sauna and a whirlpool.
The accommodation features a private balcony and a communal tennis court nearby.
The jet functions of the whirlpool may only be used until 10:00 p.m.
We kindly ask you to keep noise levels down after 10:00 p.m. out of consideration for quiet hours.
Public transport is within walking distance.
Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.
In case of suspicion, a penalty fee may be charged.
Please register babies in advance and provide a deposit upon arrival.
Receiving visitors is not permitted and will be penalized with a fee if suspected.
