The small house Le Kerhuel d'Agnès is located in Plouasne and is the perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway surrounded by greenery.
The 50 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed on the mezzanine, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
The mezzanine bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase.
Entry to the house is via an exterior staircase.
Two parking spaces are available on the property.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and books. Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a garden, open-air terrace, balcony overlooking the countryside, and a barbecue.
There is a sheltered area for parking bicycles and motorbikes. The kitchen includes a microwave with grill function (no traditional oven). Basic cleaning products (dish soap, dishwasher tablets, floor and kitchen cleaners) are provided in small quantities. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.
Air conditioning is not available. Guidelines are in place to help you sort waste correctly, with more information provided on site.
