Casa Carmen Comfort and Privacy, Private Pool and Stunning Views
Conveniently located in the centre of the island, in Nazaret, a peaceful and upmarket residential area, this spacious house offers comfort and privacy.
The property features a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils.
The master suite includes a king-sized bed, an oversized shower, a dressing area, and direct access to the pool.
The other two bedrooms are furnished with 165x190 beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses and bedding.
There is a second fully equipped bathroom, and the house can accommodate up to six guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a DVD collection of classic films, and a washing machine.
The house is ideal for musicians due to its private setting, and two guitars are provided.
The holiday home features a completely private pool with a cover to help maintain the temperature, a spacious terrace, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and a day bed perfect for relaxing. Guests can enjoy beautiful views over the east coast, making this space ideal for both relaxation and entertainment.
Nearby attractions include Lagomar, a romantic bar set in a cave, the medieval town of Teguise—an UNESCO heritage site with a 15th-century centre, numerous restaurants, bars, museums, and a fortress atop a volcano.
Two parking spaces are available on the property, with additional free street parking.
Smoking, events, and jumping in the pool are not allowed.

Carmen est l’hôte idéale. Elle nous a donné toutes les recommandations que nous recherchions pour passer un séjour parfait (restaurants, attractions, promenades, etc.).
De plus, elle est très réactive, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Le logement est fidèle à la description, très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé, dans un village au calme.
Tolles typisch kanarischen Haus, mit sehr viel Charme.
