Located in Arriate, the villa Los Mellizos has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 250 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This property features a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year round), terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. 5 parking spaces are available on the property.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Loud music is prohibited outside to maintain the area's peace and tranquility; only the sounds of nature are welcome.
