Located in Güímar, the "Oramas Beach House – Pool & Terrace" holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
This two-story property features an extended living-dining room—the largest in the complex—with panoramic views of the pool area.
The lounge includes two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for 2 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace, a 65-inch TV, fan, washing machine, and dryer.
A high chair and cot are also available. Enjoy your own private outdoor space with both covered and open terraces, plus an outdoor shower.
Guests also have access to a communal pool with an additional outdoor shower. The property is just a 1-minute walk from the beach, with public transport links nearby. A private parking space for a large vehicle is available, with direct elevator access to the home.
The space also fits a motorcycle or bicycles. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted.

Wir waren fast 4 Wochen vor Ort.
Der Check-inn war vollkommen unproblematisch obwohl wir ca. 2 Stunden zu früh waren.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und verfügt über zahlreiche elektrischen Haushaltsgeräte.

die Ferienwe hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Nähe zum Strand war super. Auch die Ausflüge in den Süden der Insel waren gut!Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe, Ausstattung entspricht den Bildern. Für zwei Personen ausreichende Bestückung Geschirr, Handtücher, Obstpresse sogar.
Darüberhinaus alles sehr sauber in der Wohnung sowie in der ganzen Anlage. Regelmäßige Poolreinigung, wir hatten den Pool fast nur für uns. Die Ruhe...
Verbesserungsvorschlag, das gilt nur für uns, andere denken vielleicht anders darüber:
Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren zu weich. Das Queenzisebett ist für uns zu schmal.
