The property is located in Civenna, a peaceful mountain village in Bellagio with a pharmacy, greengrocer, tobacconist, supermarket with butcher, and 3 bars.
Spread over 2 levels, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living room with sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi, TV, and a high chair are included.
Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue area.
From June, a distinctive heated Finnish wooden tub is also available for hot, cold, or cryotherapy baths (max 8 people).
Amenities include 2 private parking spaces, free public street parking, an electric vehicle charging station, storage for motorbikes and bicycles, 1 e-bike, and homemade products.
Extra cleaning is available upon request for an extra fee.

L’endroit, sublime, le logement, magnifique, et notre hôte Chiara, prévenante, gentille et de très bons conseils. Une belle personne à rencontrer. C’est un endroit où nous retournerons.
Rien, tout était parfait. Peut-être le tarif un peu élevé mais l’endroit est tellement beau....
Brilliant base for the Como region

We enjoyed the quietness, the hot tub and above all the BEAUTIFUL scenery overlooking part of Como Lake. Covenna is a small but friendly village for your groceries, a good cappuccino in the morning or an ice cream. We left regretting we did not book 2 weeks and looked back at the excellent hospitality of Chiara and Luca.
I cannot think of anything apart from the beds that were some had hard to our taste
