Overlooking the enchanting Lake Como, this elegant apartment in the luxury chalet “Baita Treeb Tivano” in Bellagio offers stunning panoramic views and an exclusive atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Located in Civenna, a peaceful mountain village in Bellagio, you’ll find a pharmacy, greengrocer, tobacconist, supermarket with butcher, and 3 bars nearby.
Spread over two levels, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi, TV, and a high chair are included.
Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue area.
From June, a distinctive heated Finnish wooden tub is also available for hot, cold, or cryotherapy baths (shared with guests of the other apartments, max 8 people), accessible from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Amenities include 2 private parking spaces, free public street parking, an electric vehicle charging station, storage for motorbikes and bicycles, 1 e-bike, and homemade products.
Extra cleaning is available on request for an additional fee. The property organizes experiences such as hikes, cooking classes, and e-bike tours. Eco-friendly solutions: energy and water saving, sustainable insulation materials, and recycling instructions.

L’endroit, sublime, le logement, magnifique, et notre hôte Chiara, prévenante, gentille et de très bons conseils. Une belle personne à rencontrer. C’est un endroit où nous retournerons.
Rien, tout était parfait. Peut-être le tarif un peu élevé mais l’endroit est tellement beau....
Brilliant base for the Como region

We enjoyed the quietness, the hot tub and above all the BEAUTIFUL scenery overlooking part of Como Lake. Covenna is a small but friendly village for your groceries, a good cappuccino in the morning or an ice cream. We left regretting we did not book 2 weeks and looked back at the excellent hospitality of Chiara and Luca.
I cannot think of anything apart from the beds that were some had hard to our taste

Das unglaublich geschmackvoll umgebaute ehemalige Bauernhaus liegt oberhalb von Bellagio in einem kleinen Dorf und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick vom sehr großen Grundstück auf den Lago, die ruhige Lage abseits des Trubels, der Ort Civenna mit seinem kleinen Supermarkt und vor allem der warme ...
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!
