The apartment is situated in the center of the rural community, quiet yet central in East Frisia, between the cities of Emden, Aurich, and Leer.

The city of Leer is only 9 km away. The 75 m² accommodation offers a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two people), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to five people.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine.

A drying rack, a baby cot, and a high chair are also available.
