There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 more people.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, TV, fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a washing machine.
A high chair is available for families with small children. Enjoy views of green meadows and the distant landscape, with direct access to the forest.
From May to October, a large trampoline is available depending on the weather.
Young cattle graze in the orchard during these months, and you can regularly spot deer, hares, and foxes. You have 2 parking spaces at the house and a bicycle storage room.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside; there is a designated outdoor smoking area.
Events are not permitted.
Waste separation according to local guidelines is mandatory; support is gladly provided. Nearby, you will find various farm animals such as cows, young cattle, horses, rheas, chickens, ducks, and alpacas.
The hiking trails in Lindenberg and Scheidegg offer wonderful views of the mountains of Allgäu, Austria, and Switzerland.
The Waldsee in Lindenberg is Germany’s highest moor lake.
Lake Constance with Lindau and Bregenz invites you to enjoy water sports and excursions to many attractions.

der großzügige Flur, das Schlafzimmer mit großen Kleiderschrank. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, ein extra Esszimmer gemütliches Sofa. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
Ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Toilette und noch eine extra Gästetoilette.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber.

De woning ligt zeer vrij en heeft een geweldig uitzicht. De omgeving is zeer geschikt om te wandelen, te fietsen (e-bike) en de omgeving te verkennen.
