Located in Monschau-Höfen, the holiday apartment Tante Martha offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The 73 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, and can accommodate 2 people.
Amenities also include a TV. The holiday home features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing evenings.
Public transport is within walking distance. From January 1, 2026, the city of Monschau will charge an accommodation tax (visitor’s tax), which you must pay on site to the landlord.
Parking is available on the property, and a garage parking space is also provided.
One pet is allowed; dogs must be kept on a leash in the house and on the property.
Smoking and hosting events are not permitted.
Wi-Fi is not available. The accommodation has guidelines for proper waste separation; further information will be provided on site.
After booking, you will be asked to fill out a contact form and provide your address to best prepare your stay.
A third guest (child) is possible; an air mattress is available in the multifunctional room for this purpose.

Wir haben gut geschlafen, ruhige Lage. Gute Matratzen
Überaltete Einrichtung, ungepflegter Balkon, lauwarmes Wasser Küche, wenig Wasserdruck Bad,
fast durchgehend gefliest, daher eher kalte und ungemütliche Wohnung,
Die 1 km nach Monschau (war der Schwerpunkt der Buchung) konnte nur bei guter Kondition runter und rauf bewältigt werden. Einkäufe in 8-10 Kilometer entfernt.

Ganz ruhig! Eine FeWo für 2-3 Personen, Küche ausgestattet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt! Drittes Bett ein bisschen unbequem, also am besten nur für ein kleineres Kind.
