In addition, the property is located close to the Yumbo and San Fernando shopping centres, a pharmacy, supermarkets and public transport links. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, celebrating events and filming in the common areas are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise between 10 pm and 9 am. The stairs to the terrace and the laundry room are shared with the guests of the neighbouring vacation home.
