The 65 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and a shared dryer.
You have access to a small shared gym, fitness equipment, sauna, and Turkish bath in the spa area with a heated pool.
A crib and high chair are available on request.
Enjoy a beautiful private outdoor terrace with a year-round heated jacuzzi, daily access to the spa with pool, Turkish bath, and sauna (1 hour per day), plus a bookable shared outdoor jacuzzi (30 minutes per day).
Parking is available in a garage 30 meters from the residence.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
The spa entrance uses a token system to activate the Turkish bath and sauna.
The shared outdoor jacuzzi is available from April 1 to October 30 at no extra charge and can be reserved for private use for 30 minutes per day.
The awning may only be opened during the day and must be closed at night, in rain, wind, or when you are away.
If left open in unsuitable conditions and damage occurs, you will be responsible.
