Vacationing at Casa del Borgo means staying right by the sea in one of the most romantic corners of Imperia - Porto Maurizio within walking distance to restaurants, town center and beach.
The apartment is located in a historic complex of houses directly on the waterfront.
In the fishing district "Borgo Foce" the small fishing boats still lie on the shore, small restaurants and coffee bars invite you to linger, the beach is right outside the door, here the clocks go a little slower.
Always along the water, you can either walk on the promenade to the beaches of the district Borgo Prino, directly enter the bike path to the French border, walk on the old railroad line to San Remo or explore the famous cliff path "Passegiata degli innamorati" the so-called walk of lovers to the marina.
The large eat-in kitchen with the two French doors facing the sea is very well equipped.
On the romantic balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view over the fishing boats on clear days all the way to Corsica.
Enjoy the view of the small boats in front of the house while having your morning coffee or just let yourself be enchanted by the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea directly in front of you in your deck chair.
The large kitchen with its two French doors facing the sea is very well equipped.
The new kitchen invites you to indulge in Italian cooking.

Der Meeresblick, das Rauschen, der Blick auf Porto Maurizio vom Balkon. Die Via Aurelia ist nicht zu hören. Spaziergänge eröffnen immer wieder neue Eindrücke. Von hier sind wunderbare Ausflüge ins Umland möglich. Nicht zuletzt sind Supermarkt und Garage schnell erreicht. Die Vermieter sind stets zur Stelle, falls Fragen oder Probleme auftauchen und beherbergen mit großer Gastfreundschaft.

wir waren das 3.Mal in der Casa und lieben einfach die Umgebung der Wohnung - die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und hat einen wunderbaren Balkon - die Vermieterin ist immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Die Ausstattung mit Wasch- & Abwaschmaschine in der Küche war sehr hilfreich. Am besten gefällt uns die einmalige Lage direkt am Meer und in dieser ruhigen Ecke von Imperia (darum auch Borgo genannt). Aus jedem Fenster sieht man das Meer und hört das Meeresrauschen.
