Detached family villa with four main rooms, a private pool, and a lovely sea view, located near the beaches of La Nartelle in Sainte-Maxime.
Living area: 120 m² - Enclosed garden: 2600 m².
Sleeps: 8/10 people – Orientation: East.
Ground floor: - Entrance - Newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, 3-burner induction hob, Krups microwave, filter coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and filter coffee maker, etc.) - Separate toilet - Living/dining room with a double sofa bed (140cm) and television - Garage with freezer (not suitable for cars) Upstairs: - Mezzanine reading room - Bedroom with two single beds (90cm) - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - Bedroom with four bunk beds (80cm) - Shower room - Bathroom with washing machine This villa is suitable for families; the bunk beds are reserved for children under 18.
Covered terrace with dining table, sun loungers, gas barbecue - Wi-Fi.
Private 10 x 5 m swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th – sun loungers around the pool – private outdoor parking for several cars, rural and wooded setting with a lovely sea view.
One small pet under 10 kg is welcome.
Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
End-of-stay cleaning: €150.
Towels and bed linen are not provided.
We work with a laundry service that can supply what you need; please ask us for the laundry form.
Please send us proof of liability insurance.
Water and electricity consumption are included in the rental price except for the period from October 31st to March 31st, after meter readings.
