The vacation home "Casa Martin" is located in Felanitx.
This 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people.
Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher.
A table tennis table is also available on the premises.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided. Guests of the vacation home enjoy access to a private outdoor space: a refreshing pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue for cooking delectable treats in the open air, and an outdoor shower.
Guests should be aware that the deep part of the pool is not fenced, so it is recommended to supervise children at all times. The property is set close to beautiful hidden beaches that aren't usually crowded, within 15 walking minutes of the marina and the local shopping area, and 25 walking minutes of the Portocolom old town.
Public transport links are also within walking distance.

Organizing events/parties after 10 pm, bringing pets, and smoking inside the building are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available.
