Super location! Beautiful six-person holiday home in the center of the old village of Giethoorn.
Giethoorn is also known as the "Dutch Venice" and is located in the middle of the lake area of the Kop van Overijssel.
From here you can explore the De Wieden Nature Reserve and De Weerribben National Park.
This can be done by bicycle or with an electrically powered whisper boat.
The canals, with their characteristic bridges "finders" and the thatched farmhouses on either side ensure that you will never forget Giethoorn again.
In front of the house there is a jetty for the boat.
In Giethoorn it is pure enjoyment if you love nature and water.
In the nearby restaurant you can enjoy dinner, a snack or a tasty nightcap. This cozy six-person holiday home is located on the Dorpsgracht van Giethoorn.
The house has a beautifully landscaped garden, which ensures a perfect appearance of the accommodation.
Cozy furnished spacious living room with a dining area and sitting area with TV.
A nicely furnished open kitchen with a coffee maker (filter), Senseo, kettle, four-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.
There are three bedrooms with two single beds.
The bathroom has a shower and a vanity unit.
There is a separate toilet.
A washing machine is also at your disposal.
Outside there is a lovely garden with a terrace on the water.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Particularities • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • This holiday home is located on the owner's property in a residential area, there is no reception or other hotel service.
Please note that there is no bidet in the property and that an evening rest is applicable.
Upon departure you must leave the property broom clean, this means that you: ensure dishes are put away cleanly, take away rubbish bags, put blankets or duvets folded on the bed, empty the fridge, remove food and sweep the floor. • You can rent an electric sloop from the owner on site for EUR 20 per hour.
Three children's swimming vests are provided. Surroundings Giethoorn's idyllic setting is thanks to National Park Weerribben-Wieden.
From your cottage in Dutch Venice you step straight into the green world.
Sail through the water village, discover the cosy terraces and restaurants, and visit museums.
Explore the surroundings by taking a nice walking or cycling tour through the beautiful park and discover the unique flora and fauna the park has to offer.
Rather do something active? Then take to the heights at klimbos Paasloo.
Fun for children! If you would like to visit a big city and go shopping, you can go to Steenwijk, Meppel or Zwolle.

Die Schlafzimmer sehr klein , sehr extreme Schräge, die erste Nacht Kopf und Ellenbogen gestoßen , danach ging es.

Wir haben einen Familienurlaub mit 2jährigem Kind in dem schönen Haus direkt an der Gracht verlebt. Die Einrichtung und der Aussenbereich sind toll, die Gastgeber supernett. Das Flüsterboot konnten wir jederzeit gegen eine geringe Gebühr nutzen. Damit durch die Grachten zu fahren, war das Highlight. Jederzeit wieder.

Kann ich auch 10 anstatt nur 5 Punkte vergeben? 😊 Das Haus war phantastisch!!! Es stimmte einfach alles: die hochwertige und sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die tolle Lage direkt am Wasser mit den ganzen Enten, nicht zu vergessen die sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter Cobie und Roel. Der Abschied ist mir sehr, sehr schwer gefallen!
