Located in Orgosolo, the villa Orgoai offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain and is 40 minutes from the sea.
The 180 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 5 beds) and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a fenced pool (open from June to September), whirlpool, garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are pets living in the surrounding countryside (1 dog and 3 cats). There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
