The 170 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. The villa offers a private outdoor space with a pool, a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. The surrounding area offers public transport links, restaurants, a tennis court and hiking trails.
In addition, the city centre and the nearest beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. 3 parking spaces are available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property is located in a quiet residential area, please avoid unnecessary noise and be considerate of the neighbours. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. Meals and breakfast are available upon request and for an additional fee.
