Located in Sérent, the holiday home "Ville Moizo" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday home features a private outdoor space with a garden, a barbecue and a playground.
Guests also have access to a shared open terrace. The property is located only a short drive from shops and numerous charming towns.
Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan can also be reached in just 25 minutes.
Furthermore, the area is ideal for cycling, hiking and kayaking. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One well-behaved pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Please treat the accommodation and its facilities with care and be considerate of the neighbours. Tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien, l'équipement, les jeux, les livres, les produits ménagers laissés à disposition. Ça fait plaisir de sentir qu'on nous fait confiance, on se sent bien et on respecte d'autant plus les lieux comme si c'était chez nous 😊
