On the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a small, quiet residence, this 50 m² apartment is the ideal base for exploring the region. Situated at the crossroads between Val d'Arly, Beaufortain and Haute Tarentaise, the many ski resorts, hiking trails and Lake Annecy are all accessible in less than 1 hour by car, or by shuttle bus from the train station.
Your cocoon consists of a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (bath & shower), a toilet (separate), a laundry room (washing machine-dryer), and a balcony (covered) offering an unobstructed view of the beautiful surrounding mountains.
The living room features a TV with access to various streaming platforms (if you have a subscription), board games and a few books. Internet connection is provided by the 5G network.
In the kitchen, you'll find all the basic utensils you need to prepare delicious meals, not forgetting the indispensable raclette machine of course!
Bed linen and household linen are supplied in full, as are the main household and sanitary products (washing powder, washing-up liquid, shower gel, shampoo).
As a bonus: a hairdryer, a fan for those hot summer nights, a toaster, a kettle, an espresso machine and the coffee and tea pods that go with it, you shouldn't lack for anything.
Public transport is within walking distance, as are the Olympic ice rink, bowling alley, numerous restaurants and stores.
If you're coming by train, we can welcome you directly (and free of charge) at the station, just let us know.
If you're coming by car, a parking space is reserved for you at the foot of the building, and the residence has a sheltered, locked bike/motorcycle room.
