A genuine Tiny House nestled in the heart of nature, ideal for a short getaway with family or friends.
You have all the basic comforts for a refreshing stay. The Tiny House is located about 10 km from the beaches (Plouha, Bréhec, etc.) and 5 minutes from the nearest shops.
You are 20 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 10 minutes from Paimpol. A closed garage is available for motorcyclists. You also benefit from a large private, uncovered terrace. The property offers access to two wellness areas: a sauna and an outdoor Nordic bath (not a jacuzzi).
Both are wood-heated and accessible throughout your stay.
Matches and firelighters are provided in the accommodation so you can heat them up independently. Parking is free. IMPORTANT: - Please note that events are not allowed on the property. - Respect for the premises, the peace of others, and cleanliness are essential.

Le sauna est bien . La grande terrasse et le barbecue sont appréciables .La salle de bain est bien agencée et propre.
Accueil inexistant, aucun échange avec l'hôte. Aucune clef pour verrouiller le logement lors des absences. Chauffe-eau capricieux pour les douches, difficile à apprivoiser...
Il manquerait un éclairage extérieur sur l'entrée et surtout sur la terrasse qui bénéficie d'une belle surface, c'est domma...
