The holiday home Can Piedrópolis is located in Formentera and offers stunning views of the sea, Es Vedrá, Ibiza, Cala Saona, and part of Migjorn.
The 222 m² property features a spacious living room (10 m x 5.5 m) with a 4 m high ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional outdoor toilet near the pool, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a loft, a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, fan, pool towels, washing machine, and tableware.
Four high chairs and four cots are also available. The private outdoor area includes a fenced pool, garden, several terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The house is 1.5 km from Cala Saona beach and ideally located for water sports and tennis. There are 8 parking spaces on the property, free street parking, and a garage space.
One pet is allowed.
Dinners can be held for up to 10 people.
Parties are not permitted. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
An electric vehicle charging station is available.

Le calme et l'implantation de la villa est parfait pour se détendre et se reposer. Un moment ultra chill. La proximité de la ville de St François Xavier est top. Le. Propriétaire est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire, toujours prêt à rendre service dès que possible
