Located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the 170m² "Siebzehn35" vacation apartment offers a unique and cozy setting for your stay with a view of the Alps.
The two-storey accommodation has a 60m² living room with Smart TV as well as a Swedish stove and adjoining Zirbenstube with a traditional tiled stove, a fully equipped kitchen including pantry, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 7 people.
The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, one bedroom with double bed, sofa bed and cable TV, one bedroom with double bed and Smart TV, one bedroom with single bed and an open room with desk, small reading corner and sofa bed for 1 person.
On-site amenities include WiFi and a washing machine & dishwasher.
The apartment itself is a tribute to the traditions of Werdenfelser Land and is located in a traditional house that is over 300 years old.
This apartment also has a private balcony with panoramic views over the Zugspitze.
On the first floor of the building there is a public coffee bar and a Bavarian restaurant.
The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and public transport in the immediate vicinity.
The area is an excellent base for leisure sports enthusiasts in both summer and winter.
Families with children are welcome.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Lift sind es nur 5 min mit dem Wagen. Alles ist blitzsauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es ist wunderbar!

Trotz der Renovierung ist der Charme des historischen Hauses beibehalten worden.
Check In verlief absolut Reibungslos. Sehr gute Kommunikation seitens des Gastgebers.
Sehr Zentral gelegen. Alles Fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir waren zu siebt und hatten ausreichend Platz für alle.
Wir merken uns die Wohnung und werden gerne wieder kommen :-)

Le logement est super, avec de grandes pièces de vie commune (salon et salle à manger) bien aménagées, nous avons particulièrement apprécié toutes les petites attentions de notre hôte à notre arrivée.
