Welcome to the "Living The Green" apartment – a charming basement flat of about 60 m², offering you a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The apartment features two sleeping areas: a separate bedroom with two new single beds, and another bedroom in a connecting room, also with two new single beds.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room, providing enough space for up to five guests. The cozy living room invites you to unwind and includes a piano and a stylish wood-burning fireplace as a decorative highlight.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, and a small dining area is available for shared meals.
The bathroom can be closed with a folding door for privacy. Laundry facilities include a washing machine in the utility room and a dryer outside.
Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. A special highlight is the large garden with a covered dining area—ideal for enjoying evenings outdoors.
The spacious driveway offers plenty of parking.
For electric cars, two charging stations with 11 kW and 22 kW are available. The location is convenient: supermarkets and restaurants are within about 500 meters on foot.
The nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and the train station is about 13 minutes away on foot. Please note that the apartment has a ceiling height of 1.9 m and small windows.

Super lieber Gastgeber. Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Schöner Garten direkt vor der Haustür.
Leider war das WLAN etwas schlecht. Zum Arbeiten nicht geeignet.
~ Steckdosen leider nicht nicht geschützt. (Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind vor Ort.)
In der Anzeige wurde eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge angegeben welche zum Zeitpunkt der Anreisen noch nicht installiert war.

Der Aufenthalt war gut nur zum schlafen und sehr flexibel der Umgang mit den Gästen, wobei wir den Vermieter nur einmal gesehen haben.
Die Ausstattung war sehr minimal, keine ausreichende Schränke wenig Sitzgelegenheiten im " Fernsehraum", zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck für 4 Personen
Ich war das erste Mal und das letzte Mal da.

Freundlichkeit und Kooperation des Personals.
Die Wohnung war als Behindertengerecht angeboten. Für Gehbehinderte ganz schlecht. Bis zur Wohnung zwei Stolperstufen und dann eine Treppe ohne Handlauf in den Keller. Keine Fenster nur Schießscharten. Im "Esszimmer" gut sichtbare Abwasserleitung die auch funktioniert. Besonders lecker wenn die Klos...
