The holiday apartment "Camelie" is situated a few steps from Montepulciano, the most authentic village in Tuscany, and is a great destination for a memorable getaway.
This 36 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a coffee machine. This apartment offers access to a shared outdoor space with amenities such as a fenced pool (open from May to October from 9 am to 20, depending on weather conditions), a garden, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The property is immersed in the Tuscan countryside and set halfway between the Val D'Orcia, Montepulciano, Pienza, and Cortona. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted on this property. The property has step-free access and interior. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. Breakfast is available upon request (for a fee). Beach/pool towels are provided. There is a possibility to organize cooking classes, pizza dinner nights, and other activities. 2 bikes can be provided (for a fee). Voldoende ruimte zowel in de kamer als rondom het verblijf met meerdere zitjes en genoeg ruimte rondom het goede en schone zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke host die o.a. een goed ontbijt kan bieden via en nabijgelegen bistro.
Wifi werkt in principe niet of nauwelijks. Helemaal een rustige locatie is het niet, gezien er een hoge snelheids trein overdag regelmatig voorbij komt. Ondanks dat deze redelijk ver van het verblijf is, hoor je deze erg goed omdat deze door het dal raast. Even wennen dus, maar verstoord de nachtrust gelukkig niet.

Our family of four loved our stay at this family-owned villa. It's an easy drive to Montepulciano and the surrounding region. The aesthetic of this place is on point and the apartments come with a kitchenette. Great pool and outdoor seating also. The apartments do not have AC at the time of this wri...
