The two-storey property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 5 additional toilets, accommodating up to 10 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, and a washing machine. This villa offers a private outdoor area with a heated pool available from early May, a garden, a terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue.
Exceptionally, the heated pool will remain open until the end of September, allowing you to enjoy relaxing moments even longer.
A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the property. Five parking spaces are available on the property and free street parking is also available.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Air conditioning is not available.

Les lieux d'une manière générale et toutes les activités proposées sur place (piscine, palets, fléchettes, pétanque,...). Cadre parfait pour notre EVG. Un hôte réceptif, agréable et sympathique.

La maison est agréable, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Son emplacement est idéal, au calme dans la campagne mais assez proche de Vannes.

Everything about the house ! The pool, kitchen just all the rooms was what we needed
The location is quiet and we had plenty to do in the house without having to feel we had to go out . We went out a few days but generallly stayed in as there was everything we needed on site . Jean was really helpful
