The 60 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A baby cot is also available. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, and outdoor shower.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, open from May to September depending on weather conditions.
The property is on a hilltop, accessible via an unpaved road.
Please drive at a steady, moderate speed, especially on the final uphill curve marked by signs, and avoid sudden acceleration to preserve the road and ensure a smooth arrival. Due to the proximity of the apartments, please keep noise to a moderate level, especially in the evenings, to ensure a pleasant stay for all. Nearby, you can enjoy trekking along the famous Via Francigena, horseback riding, cycling (bike rental nearby), motocross, and rafting.
