Located in Imperia, Porto Maurizio, just above the sandy beaches of Borgo Marina, Casa Vacanza Teresita offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in a clean and tidy environment.
The apartment is just steps from the newly opened "Ciclovia Riviera dei Fiori" bike path, which connects Imperia to Sanremo along the coast.
Bicycle rental is available for an extra fee. The apartment features a private furnished terrace for outdoor dining, with sun loungers—perfect for relaxing or letting children play safely.
The property is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold). The bathroom has a standard-size shower and complimentary body and hair products.
The main beaches are only 300 meters away and can be reached on foot or by a free electric bus available during the summer season, depending on the services provided by the Municipality of Imperia.
All year round, you can use a free glass elevator that leads directly to Borgo Marina.
Both public and equipped beaches are ideal for families with children.
