Located in Ostseebad Boltenhagen, the "Ostseeoase" vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
The 50 m² accommodation consists of a modern living room with dining table and a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom, offering space for 4 people.
The facilities also include WiFi, a Smart TV in each room and underfloor heating in all rooms.
The accommodation has step-free access and a barrier-free interior, the doors are wide and easily accessible. The vacation home has a private open terrace with seating and a mobile barbecue. The accommodation is located directly opposite one of the Baltic seaside resort's several shopping facilities and a bicycle and e-bike rental shop.
Public transport to Wismar, Lübeck and Schwerin and the 4.5 km long sandy beach are also just a five-minute walk away.
There are a variety of bistros and restaurants in the village.
The spa administration, the 290 m long pier and the spa park with many public events directly in the center can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes. You will find a guest book with valuable tips for excursions, activities, restaurants and pubs as well as lots of other information about the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen in the vacation home. A parking space is available.
You will receive the electric door opener on arrival.
Families with children are welcome.
There is a large public adventure playground for children approx. 50 m away. Pets, smoking and events of any kind are not permitted. A towel package (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth and tea towel) per person and bed linen are available for a fee.

Alles ! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht um sich wohl zufühlen .Die Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig .Einkaufs Möglichkeiten in direkter Nähe .Der Sandstrand ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen .

Gut eingerichtete, barrierefreie Wohnung.
Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.
Durch die offene Dusche wird das halbe Bad nass. Läuft die Heizung nicht (z.B. im Hochsommer) trocknet der Boden trotz vorheriger Bearbeitung mit dem Abzieher nicht ab.
Die Betten sind extrem weich.

Gastgeber waren sehr nett, und das Personal in den Geschäften, Restaurants waren auch alle sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das ist eine Reise wert kommen gerne noch mal wieder
Einziger Kritik punkt ist das mann als Rollstuhlfahrer nicht weiß wo die WC"s für Rollstuhlfahrer sind, müste besser ausgeschildert sein.
