Holiday home "Villa Infinite" with sea views in a quiet urbanization.
This modern villa is located in the urbanization Alfamar a 10 min drive away from Salobrena and 15 min drive away from Almuñécar.
The 101m2 property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite).
Three of the bedrooms have double beds and one of them has two single beds, so it can accommodate 8 people.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and so is the living room.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan and adjacent to a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where the barbecue is located.
Up a few stairs you will find the private pool and a huge roof terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy time with family.
The pool can be heated on request for an extra charge, you need to give five days notice if you want this service.
The house also has a closed garage with one parking space.
A few minutes walk away is the communal pool of the urbanization which also has a tennis court.
The property has Wi-Fi.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
