The 27 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as air conditioning.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The entire historic center of Malaga is just minutes away from the location and in the immediate vicinity guests will find the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the Thissen Museum, the Central Market, multiple restaurants, stores, the port and the pier.
The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk away and public transport links are within walking distance. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior. An elevator is available in the building. This property features energy-saving lighting. Making noise is forbidden from midnight to 8 am. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
