The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, sofa and Smart TV (with Amazon firestick); - BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, coat stand and split A/C; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C; - BEDROOM III with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C; - BATHROOM I with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BATHROOM II with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (split in all bedrooms), fan, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. An exciting and engaging walk will lead you to the hidden wonders of Rome, the beauty of its monuments, where ancient and modern come together in a game of infinite romanticism. - Circo Massimo: 17 minutes on foot; - Belvedere Gianicolo: 17 minutes onfoot; - Pantheon: 21 minutes on foot; - Colosseo e Fori Romani: 29 minutes on foot; - Fontana di Trevi: 29 minutes on foot. - Bottega Ciccone (restaurant): 1 minutes on foot; - Lettere Caffè (bar): 1 minutes on foot; - Carrefour Express (supermarket): 1 minutes on foot. -From Fiumicino airport "Leonardo Da Vinci" FCO, it is possible to take the FL1 train to Fara Sabina-Montelibretti and get off at the Roma-Trastevere stop.
