In Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains, the holiday apartment Le Pacardou offers you an excellent view of the Alps.
The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an additional independent bathroom, as well as extra toilets, and can accommodate up to 8 people (plus 2 babies and one child under 10 years in addition to the 8 guests).
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children.
Two baby beds and a high chair are also available. This holiday rental includes a private outdoor terrace and a plancha grill.
Two parking spaces are available.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Towels and bed linen can be provided as an option (available for an extra fee, to be arranged directly with the host).
The property is located in a small condominium, so you are asked to respect the neighbors.
Air conditioning is not available.
The interior of the property is step-free and there is space for skis. The property follows guidelines for waste sorting, with more information provided on site.
It also features water and energy-saving characteristics, and sustainable materials have been used for insulation.
